Administered in 2005-2006, the Strengthening Volunteer Management in Chinese NGOs project provided Chinese NGO professionals the opportunity to receive practical training in volunteer management from American NGO experts.

A combined study tour and internship placement provides opportunities for seven Chinese legal aid administrators to observe the administration and governance of American legal service organizations.
