Since joining the National Committee in 2006, Ms. Forshay has helped coordinate programs in a variety of areas from education to politics and security. Her main projects include the U.S. Foreign Policy Colloquium, the Policy Leaders Orientation Program, and Fulbright-Hays Seminars Abroad Programs.

Prior to her work at the National Committee, she was the assistant to the program coordinator of the Associated Colleges in China. Ms. Forshay graduated in 2006 with a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Hamilton College where she focused on Chinese language and culture. During her time there, Ms. Forshay studied at the Associated Colleges in China in Beijing and was awarded a Freeman Foundation grant to conduct field research in conjunction with a Hamilton professor.
