For more than ten years, the U.S.-China Teachers Exchange Program has promoted cross-cultural education. Sending American K-12 teachers to China and bringing Chinese secondary school teachers to the United States, the program has fostered the development of language and culture programs at schools across the United States and China.

This program, which has been administered by the National Committee since 1981, provides educators with the opportunity to gain valuable insight into a culture that is increasingly becoming an important element in American curricula.
