Nicky Zhou is assistant director of development at the National Committee, responsible for fundraising and major events. Prior to joining the development office, Nicky was a program associate, where she worked on the 50th Anniversary China Events and the U.S.-China Track II Dialogue on Healthcare. Ms. Zhou also facilitated programs such as the Congressional Members Delegations to China, U.S.–China Track II Energy DialogueDiplomat Orientation ProgramU.S.–China Track II Economic Dialogue and U.S. PACOM delegations to China. Ms. Zhou joined the Committee in 2014 as a summer intern before she started as a full-time staff member in December 2014.

Prior to joining the National Committee, Ms. Zhou interned at the International Law Institute in Washington D.C., where she built a training program for the Chinese Central Party Historian Delegation to the United States and other exchanges for legal and legislative experts between the United States and China. Ms. Zhou graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in international politics, a B.S. in education and public policy, and a minor in sociology.
