Shuwo Nicky Zhou is a program associate at the National Committee, where she is responsible for the China Events which are a part of the Committee's 50th anniversary celebration and the Track II Dialogue on Healthcare. Ms. Zhou also facilitates programs such as the Congressional Members Delegation to China, U.S.–China Energy Track II Dialogue, Diplomat Orientation ProgramU.S.–China Track II Economic Dialogue and U.S. PACOM delegations to China. Ms. Zhou joined the Committee in 2014 as a summer intern before she started as a full time staff in December 2014. Prior to joining the National Committee, she interned at the International Law Institute in Washington D.C., where she built a training program for the Chinese Central Party Historian Delegation to the United States and other exchanges for legal and legislative experts between the United States and China.  Ms. Zhou graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in International Politics, a B.S. in Education & Public Policy and a minor in Sociology.
