Partnering with Peking University’s Institute for International and Strategic Studies, the National Committee held its third annual Strategic Issues Forum in Beijing. American and Chinese participants gathered for a series of conversations focused on the future of global order. Session topics included the possibility of an alternative world order, grey-zone activities, nuclear non-proliferation, the impacts of new technology and artificial intelligence, and non-traditional security threats.
