    Haini Guo is the director of Track II programs at the National Committee, which she joined in 2011. Ms. Guo is in charge of organizing NCUSCR’s Track II Economic Dialogue, Track II Dialogue on the Rule of Law & Human Rights, Track II Dialogue on Maritime Issues & International Law, and Track II Dialogue on Healthcare. She also manages the Committee’s NGO law issues for various programs.

    Ms. Wei Wei Hsing is a senior at Columbia University majoring in East Asian Studies and Economics. She is interested in Chinese politics, society, and development and studied advanced Mandarin at Beijing University in 2007. Wei Wei was awarded the Weatherhead East Asian Institute Undergraduate Training Grant in 2007 to study Hong Kong-based labor organizations working on mainland Chinese labor issues.

    Joseph Weed joined the National Committee as director of communications in March 2008. He is responsible for the National Committee’s external communications and public relations, including media relations; press management for public programs and large events; writing, editing and graphic design of publications and special projects; and new media initiatives, including online video, podcast, document and photo collections.

    Jessica Bissett joined the National Committee in September 2011 after receiving her M.S. in global affairs from New York University. As director of leadership programs, she leads Congressional Staff Delegations to China and runs the Committee's Student Leaders Exchange to China, Diplomat Orientation Program, and U.S. Foreign Policy Colloquium. She also manages the Committee's Young China Professionals initiative and oversees its Schwarzman Scholars Partnership.
