“Reflections on a Relationship that Shapes the World” – 2025 Barnett-Oksenberg Lecture

The fourteenth iteration of the Barnett-Oksenberg Lecture on Sino-American Relations was held in Shanghai on October 27, 2025. This year’s speaker was The Honorable Daniel Kritenbrink, Partner, The Asia Group; former ambassador to Vietnam and assistant secretary of state for East Asia and Pacific Affairs. The commentor was Professor Wu Xinbo, dean of the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University, director of Fudan’s Center for American studies, president of the Shanghai Association of American Studies, and vice chair of the Barnett-Oksenberg Lector Organizing Committee.
