NCUSCR President Orlins gives keynote at Carter Center Forum

NCUSCR President Stephen Orlins gave a keynote address at an event commemorating the 45th anniversary of the normalization of U.S-China relations hosted by the Carter Center and cohosted by the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and the US-China Business Council. President Orlins praised President Jimmy Carter’s legacy on China and highlighted the need for courageous leadership to put U.S.-China relations on a more positive trajectory. Additionally, National Committee Senior Director for Government Engagement Jessica Bissett moderated two panels at the event. The National Committee also partnered with the Carter Center for similar events celebrating the 35^th, 40^th, and 45^th anniversaries.
