Senior Program Officer
Jace White is a senior program officer with the National Committee concentrating on the Professional Fellows Program, Track II Dialogues, and public programs on U.S.-China military and security affairs.
Jace is an experienced international affairs professional with a decade of experience designing and leading people-to-people exchange programs and dialogues, as well as peacebuilding projects across the Indo-Pacific. Prior to joining the Committee in 2021, he spearheaded an innovative multilateral dialogue series on transboundary water security in the Himalayan region, involving stakeholders from South Asia and China—an initiative that continues today.
Jace holds a master’s degree in international politics and China studies from the Hopkins–Nanjing Center of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He is proficient in Mandarin and has also previously studied in Suzhou and Shanghai.
