The National Committee's Young China Professionals (YCP) program engages China-focused individuals across various industries between the ages of 25 and 45 to increase their knowledge about China on pertinent issues. Through substantive programming, interaction with leading China experts, and social activities, YCP aims to enhance participants' China interests, foster meaningful connections among participants, and ultimately help prepare the next generation of leaders in the bilateral relationship.

All YCP events take place in New York City. There is no annual fee for participating in YCP; participants are sometimes asked to pay a participation fee which covers direct costs associated with the event.

The most recent YCP event was Paving a Path in the China Field, a conversation with Matt Sheehan on the challenges and opportunities of pursuing non-traditional careers in the China space.

For information about future events, please subscribe to YCP email updates. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at ycp@ncuscr.org.
